Medieval Armor

Medieval Knights Hall (2017)

  • Adobe Air, Actionscript, JSON
  • Programmed an interactive kiosk that displayed a wide range of images and text
  • Worked closely with architects, curators, and graphic designers

The images are stored in nested, local directories with one JSON file containing the written content from the curator.

While working as a contractor for the Houston Museum of Natural Science on the Medieval Knights Hall, I developed an application to educate visitors about types of medieval armor and the years during which those types were used.

A 32″ ELO touch monitor allows users to toggle between armor types, layers, and years.
